type1-3-CSS UE能力
Defines whether the UE is able to receive PDCCH in FR2 in a Type1-PDCCH common search space configured by dedicated RRC signaling, in a Type3-PDCCH common search space or a UE-specific search space if those are associated with a CORESET with a duration of 3 symbols.

其中type0-CSS,type0A-CSS,type1 CSS by common RRC signaling,和type2 CSS,在FR2作为scell或pscell时,均无需监控;剩下的是否支持三个符号的duration由type1-3-CSS指示,则可不强制要求UE支持3个符号的PDCCH(满足FR2作为scell或pscell)。
