其中type0-CSS，type0A-CSS，type1 CSS by common RRC signaling，和type2 CSS，在FR2作为scell或pscell时，均无需监控；剩下的是否支持三个符号的duration由type1-3-CSS指示，则可不强制要求UE支持3个符号的PDCCH（满足FR2作为scell或pscell）。
